Vibratory Bowl Builder
Fabricates and assembles parts orienting feeder bowls according to blueprints, manuals, design memos, sketches, and past knowledge of feeder bowl construction. Analyzes data to determine the proper construction requirements for the system.
- Inspects assemblies according to specifications on engineering drawings and accompanying documentation.
- Checks customer part dimensions; relation of one part to another if there are multiple parts being handled.
- Prepares system layout.
- Constructs the feeder bowl; using various hand tools, saws, welders, and grinders.
- Bench inspects bowl to ensure unit is built to high quality requirements, including simplicity of design, cleanup, smoothness of lines, and meets all customer and company requirements.

Automation Assembly Technician II
The Automation Assembly Technician II is responsible for the mechanical assembly of complex, custom automated machinery systems in compliance with required specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of automation principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering and production teams.
Candidate must have 5+ years of practical experience in manufacturing technologies as an Assembly Automation Technician, or similar role in a manufacturing environment, with solid mechanical troubleshooting skills, including knowledge of motors, drives, sensors, and control circuits.
Must be familiar with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and robotic systems and safety protocols.
This position requires travel as needed for machine installations, service, and other on-site customer requirements
