Automation Assembly Technician II
The Automation Assembly Technician II is responsible for the mechanical assembly of complex, custom automated machinery systems in compliance with required specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of automation principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering and production teams.
Candidate must have 5+ years of practical experience in manufacturing technologies as an Assembly Automation Technician, or similar role in a manufacturing environment, with solid mechanical troubleshooting skills, including knowledge of motors, drives, sensors, and control circuits.
Must be familiar with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and robotic systems and safety protocols.
This position requires travel as needed for machine installations, service, and other on-site customer requirements

Metal Fabricator/Welder/Bowl Builder Apprentice
Seeking a candidate with metal fabrication and TIG welding experience to learn the skill of vibratory feeder bowl manufacturing.
Constructs and mounts basic vibratory feeder bowls. Completes the finish welding and cosmetics of bowls tooled by journeyman. Trained by journeyman in the techniques required to properly tool bowls. Metal fabrication experience desired.

Mechanical Designer
The Mechanical Designer prepares conceptual layout drawings, detailed production drawings, and work order packages for the manufacture of custom automation equipment and robot integration
1-2 years of experience or training in mechanical design using Solidworks software design required. Candidate must have a strong understanding of mechanical principles, excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Familiarity with manufacturing processes a plus.
